What's included in the Positive Patient Stories report template?
Our report template includes the following sections:
What our patients love: Include comments that illustrate what patients have valued about their treatment or care.
Staff spotlight: Include comments of staff or teams that have been acknowledged for their hard work.
Likelihood to recommend: Include the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the stated time period. This section can be altered to display an alternate overall score relevant to your programme.
Response rate: Include your response rate for the stated time period.
