Managing Your Users

Your user's profile houses all the information you need to effectively manage them.

To access the User Management tool, click on the 'Apps' button and select 'User Management'. This will only show if your permissions give you access to this.

Find the user in the user management list, and select the settings icon to the right of the user.

From here you should be able to:

  • See Users Status

  • Toggle ability for user to be assigned actions

  • See number of logins

  • See when they last logged in

  • Check/change their name

  • Check/change their role

  • See all surveys available

  • Toggle access to surveys

  • Apply Presets


About User “Status”

Created = Created but not yet invited

Invited = Invited to log in but not yet reset/created their password

Active = Successfully reset/created their password and can log in

Locked = Active, but has been temporarily barred from logging in

Archived = Removed from main user list and from accessing reporting portal. User Management users have access to their details and can reactivate the user's account.

NOTE: Once users are deleted, their access is revoked and details are no longer accessible. The intention is this action remains permanent.
