Keep trying to log in but it fails?

Users will be locked out of accessing their reporting portal if they have failed to login with the wrong password 5 times within an hour. The record of login attempts will be reset after an hour.

If they have tried 4 times and retry logging in after an hour, the failed login attempt count will default back to 0 again.

If a user is locked out:

  • They will not be able to login (Even with the correct password

  • They will be able to use 'forgot password' but that still won't let them login with the changed password

If you do not have a username and password, contact your programme administrator.

Forgotten your password? Simply click Forgot Password and the instructions to reset your password.


Administrator - How to Unlock a User

If you have user management access, you can allow a user to log in by following these steps.

  • Locked out users will be unlocked after an hour automatically. They can then re-try logging in (the exact them will not be shown to users in the login page).

  • To manually unlock a user: Go to User Management > Users Profile > Toggle their status to 'unlocked'
