The Cemplicity Portal is designed so you can run multiple surveys. Each user’s access can be configured so they only see survey results relevant to their position and responsibilities.

You may have different consumer groups requiring separate question sets. Some programmes may even have different surveys for each stage of the consumer journey.

If you have access to multiple surveys, you can access each reporting portal for these surveys in the drop down menu in the top left hand corner.
