Common issues when completing a survey

If your respondents are having issues completing a survey, please refer to this article for answers.

Unable to move forward?

Some questions require an answer before you are able to move onto the next section of the survey.

If a message appears, read this carefully and follow the instructions provided. This may include filling out an answer or selecting an option. Once completed, you should be able to move forward by clicking 'next'.

Unable to access the survey?

Your survey link will expire after a certain amount of time, this is usually between 14-21 days after you received your invitation. The survey will no longer be available to access or complete outside of this time frame.

Entered the wrong answer?

If you accidentally filled in the wrong answer or would like to change your response, locate the 'back' button.

NOTE: Once you reach the end of the survey you will not be able to resubmit or change your answers.

Contacting the survey creator

If you have any additional issues or concerns, your first point of contact should be the survey creator. It is best to let them know first as they will know the best course of action. If needed, they will get in contact with Cemplicity directly regarding the issue.

The invitation you received will include contact information. This is who you can contact with your concerns.

When you may need to contact the survey creator

If you experience any of the following scenarios, please get in contact with the survey creator.

  • I'm following the surveys instructions but its not letting me go forward

  • The survey link is not working, but it should still be accessible

  • All technical issues: Buttons not working, unable to select or fill in fields
