Creating/designing a report?

Export any charts in your portal to copy into a report or print out. This is a great way to share insights with the wider team! This articles demonstrates how you can modify your charts so that they can reflect the data you want to share.

Your export of a report will reflect any changes you've made to the chart. This includes any filters and dates applied, along with any modifications in the presentation of the data. Look below for how you can do this.


Change The Data Shown

Hiding and Showing Answer Options

Click on the legend labels below the graph to show or hide data. Your export will reflect any changes you've made to the chart.

Trend Line Charts - Zooming In

For trend line charts you can enlarge a specific part of the chart. Simply click the chart and drag to cover the section to zoom into. When you export the chart it will export it with any zooming applied! To go back to the original layout, just click 'reset zoom'.

Grouping Data

You can group the data in your graph by either 7 or 14 days, calendar months, calendar quarters or yearly. To change this go to 'Group By' below your chart.

*Not all client may offer this option, in the interest of protecting response confidentiality.


Exporting / Downloading / Printing

You can download the chart as a .png or .pdf file and/or download the chart data under ‘export table’.

Any changes made to the chart, filters applied and date range used will be exported with the chart.
