What does this chart show?

The single measure trend line chart are used in PROM programmes. Note that not all programmes will currently use this chart.

This chart shows you the average percentage improvement of a specific outcomes measure between two survey rounds over time. The average percentage improvement is shown for each specific period of time seen on the X axis.

This chart can show you if the outcomes patients achieve change at different periods of time throughout the year. For example, between preop and 1 year, patient’s average percentage of improvement for EQ5D dropped during July – September.

How can i adjust the chart?

  1. Choose which outcomes measurement to include in your report view by using the drop down menu at the top right corner of the report.

2. Adjust your date range that the data is shown for using your date picker in the top left corner.

3. Expand Filters and drag the sliders across Survey Rounds to compare various survey rounds.

4. You can change the periods of time shown (months, calendar quarters or years) using the Group By menu below the chart.

5. Use zoom to expand sections of the chart. Simply click the chart and drag to cover the section to zoom into. When you export the chart it will export it with any zooming applied! To go back to the original layout, just click 'reset zoom'.
