This chart shows the progression of the patient cohort's outcome measurement scores across survey rounds. This is a helpful way to understand which outcomes are improving or worsening. Hover over a data point to see the outcomes measurement score for the specific survey round.

Green = indicates a more positive score result relative to the applied measure.

Red = indicates a more negative score result relative to the applied measure.

You can adjust what survey rounds you're seeing by expanding your filter panel and dragging the ticks to the desired rounds.
