How to log in, what to do if you can't log in and where you can change your password.

Cemplicity cloud-based reporting is available to users 24/7 so long as you have an internet connection and log in credentials.

Visit your reporting portal at the advised web address. Contact your programme administrator for your web address.

Example: cx.cemplicity.com/insertclientcodehere

1. Enter your email and password and click Log In.


Can't log in?

If you do not have a username and password, contact your programme administrator.

Forgotten your password? Simply click Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset your password.


Changing your password

Change your password once you log in to the portal. Find this option at the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the reporting portal screen.
