A powerful reporting view offered in the portal is the Performance Summary chart. This chart type can combine the results of multiple questions into a single reporting view, so that you can instantly see which questions you are performing best in.

Chart Features

  • Each question in the chart has a hyperlink to view the report for the individual question. Simply click the question title to go to the trend report for that specific question. We would encourage you always to investigate at the individual report level so you can gain more insight into why you are performing a certain way.

  • Remember that your filters can be used on this chart. When applying filters, the faded bar in the background reflects the overall or national average. Try applying a filter to see the results for a specific location or demographic!

  • Hover over each bar to see the number of respondents.

  • This type of report can be presented in two modes: Score and Sentiment. These two versions can often be found in your report options, in the top menu of your chart

Score View

Each question in the chart has a compatible scoring methodology powering the scores that you see. You can compare the performance on each question according to the score. An example of such scoring might be: Yes, always = 10pt | Yes, sometimes 5pt | No = 0pt.

Sentiment View

Accompanying the scoring methodology, we also apply a "Sentiment" value to each question option to display in the Sentiment mode. In the example below, options have been assigned a value of Positive, Neutral or Negative. Again, from here you can see instantly which questions are your greatest strengths and areas for improvement in the eyes of your respondents.
