Demonstrating you're listening
This is the most effective way of illustrating how important patient feedback is to your organisation is to show that you're listening and acting on feedback.
You can do this in many ways, such as by placing posters or reports in the care setting that show the feedback you received and what you did about it i.e "You said... We did..." reports. Check out our templates for this below!
