This document describes how PHO users can select which practices take part on the National Patient Experience Primary Care Survey. PHO users will be able to include or exclude practices from the next survey round and edit the practice contact email address.
Locating the Practice Inclusion Tool
The page for practice inclusion will be present for PHO users on the admin menu on the top right corner.
Once you click on your username on the top right, you will see the following menu:
Once you click on the 'Manage Practice Inclusion' button you will be redirected to the page itself.
Once on the Practice listing page, practices belonging to your PHO will be listed in alphabetical order (According to NES data). Users who have access to more than one PHO, will be able to see those PHOs under the dropdown list 'Primary Health Organisation'.
The practices can be filtered according to their status: Show all, Included, Excluded. This will provide quick access to practices that are not currently taking part (Excluded) of the survey in order to include them and those that are taking part (Included).
Editing Practice Details
In order to edit the details of any of those practices click into the Edit button next to their name on the Practice list, you will be able to edit the status of an individual practice (included or not) by clicking the tick next to 'Include in next survey round'.
Besides the status of the practice (included / Excluded) PHO users are also be able to edit the email the Practice uses to login and where notifications are sent for patients requesting contact or those who want to share their survey results with the practice.
