The Cemplicity Support Team are very excited to unveil a new-look Help Centre to guide you through your experience with us.
We hope you will make great use of the new features, content and all future additions to come as we continue to develop and change with you.
For your benefit, please note some of the highlights of the updated platform:
New look, new structure and new articles
We've reorganised our library of supporting documentation into a refreshed structure. We hope this structure will help you to find relevant materials in the shortest amount of time. Not only is there background information on Cemplicity and how our programmes operate, but also more guidance on how to use the reporting tools in your Cemplicity Reporting Portal. Our intention has been to reach as many users as possible with this information but individual programme experience may vary.
We aim to update these articles on a regular basis so that you won't miss a beat on maximising the potential of your programme.
NOTICE! To view the full content available to you, please sign-in into your Cemplicity Help Centre account first. Anonymous visitors will not have full permissions.
Searching with style
Our search bar tool now has predictive functionality to get you to the information you want in the least amount of clicks.
Everyday troubleshooting tips
Our team will always be happy to help you fix any issues that you encounter with the system, but we are even happier to empower users with the knowledge to master the system for themselves. As a part of this objective, we are developing a comprehensive list of troubleshooting options for common support requests we receive.
We want to encourage our community of users to cooperate and share knowledge that will enhance everyone's experience and improve outcomes for all programmes. To facilitate this type of conversation, we have a designated space with pre-defined topics to guide your discussions.
NOTICE! To participate in this feature, please sign-in into your help centre account so you can view conversations and post to topics. Anonymous visitors will not have these permissions.
Logging your support with us
As always we encourage you to get in touch with us if you need our team's assistance. The ability to submit support tickets to our team is still available along with all our new Help Centre enhancements.
Submitting tickets through the Help Centre rather than using direct email helps us to diagnose and address your query to a higher standard. This method also gives you the power to track the status and history of all your Cemplicity requests!
We wish you good luck exploring through the new Help Centre. Should you have suggestions for improving the content in our knowledgebase, please write to us in the community topics or submit us a ticket with your thoughts.
