It is important to remember that dashboards are designed and customised to best fit the needs of different clients and user-types. Each dashboard template that we use may exclude specific dashboard elements depending on the requirements of a client's programme.
Qualitative Feedback Feeds
Accompanying the rating charts, we may provide you with sections that list comments and examples provided by respondents.
Highest / Lowest Performance Sections
Questions with options that are assigned a "score" can feed into our dashboard performance rating sections. The sections will draw the highest scored (what you did best) and lowest scored (what needs working on) and also show you the range of scoring that was submitted (0 to 100% of the possible scoring).
This section gives you a snapshot of how many surveys have been sent, started and completed within the bounds of your filter selections.
Action Register Quick Stats
If your reporting tools include an action register you may have a section that gives you a summary of actionable items that require your attention and a link to view these items.
