Beyond the date and common reporting filters there are also several specialty filters which will only appear on some of your reporting views (e.g. Action Register and Comment Reports)
Searching for Text
On comment reports and action register pages, you should find a filter that enables you to search for specific words. When you click Apply after entering the word you are interested in the results shown in the report will filter to only show those that contain that specific word.
You can choose to search for word match in your search content or exact phrase matches by enclosing in speech marks.
- kind nurses --> returns all comments that contain the words "kind" and or "nurses"
- "kind nurses" --> returns all comments that contain the exact phrase "kind nurses"
Filtering by Action User
Within your Action Register (or equivalent) you should have a filter than enables you to filter the action items according to who has been assigned to them from your user list.
To make a user appear in this list, you will need to assign the user to this feature within the user management area. If you are not an administrator user, please contact your Cemplicity programme coordinator to arrange this.
Action Item Resolution Status
Within the Action Register, you should have the ability to filter action items according to their resolution status. If an item is completed and checked as resolved you and can select to only view these items - the same is true for uncompleted items.
