One Portal, Multiple Surveys
The Cemplicity Portal is designed so you can run multiple surveys. Each user’s access can be configured so they only see survey results relevant to their position and responsibilities.
You may have different consumer groups requiring separate question sets. Some programmes may even have different surveys for each stage of the consumer journey.
Organisations running more than one Cemplicity survey can toggle from one reporting area to another by selecting from the menu in the top right hand corner.
