You can track the progress of your support tickets by using the Help Centre to track their status and history.
Click your profile icon on the upper-right side of any page, and then click My activities.
By default, the page displays all requests that you have submitted. All tickets will have a status assigned to them to mark what action needs to be taken next.
- An open ticket has been submitted successfully and is being worked on to resolve it.
- Awaiting your reply status means the ticket has been assigned to a support agent, but the agent is waiting for more information from you before resolving the ticket.
- Solved indicates that the ticket has had all queries addressed and completed to satisfaction.
