Create a Help Centre User Account
Creating a Help Centre account will give you access to the full scope of information on this site. Please contact our Cemplicity Support Team if you need help doing this.
Your account will be associated to your organisation for support convenience. All tickets created by you and other users in your organisation will be grouped together.
NOTE: Your account for the Help Centre does not relate to your Cemplicity Reporting access.

Everyday troubleshooting tips
Our team will always be happy to help you fix any issues that you encounter with the system. We are even happier to empower users with the knowledge to master the system for themselves.
To do just that, we have a comprehensive list of troubleshooting options for common support requests:
Community Spaces
We want to encourage our community of users to cooperate and share knowledge that will enhance everyone's experience and improve outcomes for all programmes. To facilitate this type of conversation, we have a designated space with pre-defined topics to guide your discussions.
NOTE: Sign-in into your Help Centre account to post and view topics and conversations. Anonymous visitors do not have these permissions.
Logging your Support with Us
We encourage you to get in touch with us if you need our team's assistance. We recommend doing this by submitting a support ticket.
We recommend submitting a support ticket rather than using direct email. This will help us to diagnose and address your query to a higher standard. It will also give you the ability to track the status and history of all your Cemplicity requests!
We wish you good luck exploring our Help Centre. Should you have suggestions for improving the content in our knowledge base, please write to us in the community topics or submit us a ticket with your thoughts.
