PROMs on-site poster template 1: What's included?
Our poster template includes the following:
Survey information: What respondents will be asked to provide feedback on, importance of feedback, privacy information, who will answer their questions, and next steps.
Fill-able text areas: description of location (e.g., hospital, clinic), who will answer their questions (e.g., receptionist, nurse, doctor), description of service (e.g. appointment) and how/where they will complete their response (e.g., in-person)
Editable text: All text can be re-worded to better reflect the nature of your survey.
Branding: Include your logo in the space specified. To align the poster to your organisation's branding, you can change the background colours as well.
