Survey posters are a great way to encourage participation before the respondent receives their SMS/email invitation or before scanning the survey QR code. When patients expect a survey, and understand its purpose, they are more likely to respond.
Choose the appropriate poster template for your PREMs programme from the selections below. Read on to find out what is included and what information we recommend including.
PREMs on-site poster template 1: What's included?
Our poster template includes the following:
Survey information: What respondents will be asked to provide feedback on, anonymity of survey, who will answer their questions, and next steps.
Fill-able text areas: description of location (e.g., hospital, clinic), who will answer their questions (e.g., receptionist, nurse, doctor), description of experience (e.g. appointment, surgery)
Editable text: All text can be re-worded to better reflect the nature of your survey.
Branding: Include your logo in the space specified. To align the poster to your organisation's branding, you can change the background colours as well.
