We wanted to create more simplicity around workflow for our patient-reported outcome measures (PROM) programmes, so we've developed PROMS alerts! PROM scores can now trigger action register alerts with a direct link to the patient's records. Relevant staff are instantly notified via email so they can log in and review the patient's response and details.
As a result, staff are aware of patients' health outcomes in real-time and can take action where required, improving the care and outcomes of patients.
