Troubleshooting tips to ensure you're seeing all actions within your register.

Can't see all actions in your action register?

Try these solutions below.

  1. Make sure all of your filters are cleared. If filters are selected, this will refine the data you see.

2. Extend your data range. This can be found in the top right hand corner of your report. Note that the date for a response is typically based off a special event, such as appointment date.

3. Did you receive an email notification for an action and can only see that one action? Click the action register button in the left navigation panel to refresh the page and see all actions.
