No data showing in your report?

Trouble Shooting - Charts saying "no data"

There are a few possible reasons for why your chart has no data. Please check the following.

  • Make sure all of your filters are cleared. If filters are selected, this will refine the data you see. Learn more about filters here.

  • Extend your date range. Your current date range may not have any data. Click here to learn more about the date picker.

  • You may have a preset that permits you to see a limited view of the data. This may mean you don't have any data for that specific period of time. Please contact your programme administrator about this.
