This chart demonstrates response rates to the survey, including the number invited, started and completed the survey.

Response Statistics Chart

Keep track of response rates to the survey using the invitations / completions report.

Use filters to segment and analyse responses for different consumer groups and locations. Hover over each bar to get the percentage break down.

Typically, the date assigned to responses are based off a special event such as appointment date. Otherwise, it is based off when the survey is completed. This is dependent on your programme.

Invited = surveys sent

Started = surveys opened (incomplete and completed)

Completed = surveys submitted or qualifying as a complete response

Change the 'Group By' below your chart to see the response statistics grouped in different type periods such as days, months, quarters or years.

Invitation modes supported

Depending on what types of modes your invitations are sent from, you might see the following mode types in your response statistics graph.

Email = Blue

SMS = Purple

WhatsApp = Green

InSitu = Yellow

*InSitu is any survey response completed from a smart link or QR code.

Response Breakdown

Scroll down to see the response statistics broken down in a table format. In the top right corner you can export both this table and response statistics graph through the 'Export' button.
